Manchester Metropolitan University is hosting a presentation on Participatory Action Research as a platform for increasing genuine involvement of people with a disability in research.
This will include successful UK based examples that highlight the coordinated efforts of state-funded research and partnerships with non-government for-profit and non-profit disability organisations.
Anyone interested in this topic is welcome to attend, particularly disability service providers, people with a disability, clinicians, researchers, family members, and those engaged in disability service policy or setting priorities for research or funding.
The event takes place on Wednesday, 25 February, 2015 from 4.30 to 5.30pm. To book your place please click here.
